These terms govern your use of Glyphy, an iOS keyboard application ("the App"). By installing or using Glyphy, you agree to these terms.
Glyphy is a custom iOS keyboard extension that provides typing, 23 built-in tools (calculator, translator, converter, drawing, shortcuts, QR code generator, GPS location sharing, encrypted messaging, and more), and customizable themes. The App is published by Glyphy ("we", "us") and operated as an independent product.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Glyphy on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. This license is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the standard EULA that applies to all App Store apps).
Glyphy offers Premium subscriptions through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Exact prices are shown in the App and confirmed by Apple at checkout, in your local currency.
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Trials are available only to subscribers who have not previously had a Premium subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period (week or year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium features until then. Cancelling does not delete your local data (themes, shortcuts, etc.).
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to your billing information and cannot issue refunds directly.

The App, its design, its fonts, its themes, its source code, and the Glyphy name and logo are owned by us (or our licensors). Premium fonts and themes are licensed for personal use only — you may not extract, redistribute, or include them in other products.
Text you type using Glyphy belongs to you. Encrypted messages you send via the Encryption tool belong to you and the recipients.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every iOS device or version. We make no warranties about the accuracy of the Translator, the precision of the GPS coordinates, or the availability of network-dependent features.
The Encryption tool uses industry-standard, end-to-end encryption. Implementation has been carefully reviewed but no software is bug-free. Do not rely on Glyphy's Encryption tool to protect life-or-death communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you breach these terms. You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the App. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of France, except where consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Glyphy, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
